We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Antica Farmacista purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Antica Farmacista is happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused items within 10 days of your delivery date.
Please have your order number ready (reference your original confirmation email from Antica Farmacista).
For returns resulting in a refund: We send you a shipping label, and once you receive that label you will have 30 days to send in your return. The cost of shipping your return will be deducted from your refund.
For returns resulting in an exchange: you must provide your own shipping label for the return, and we will cover the cost of shipping out your new product.
Sale Items
All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are unable to extend promotions or discounts past their deadlines. If a promotion is ran 24 hours before or after your purchase, please contact customer care for available options.
Damages
If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email hello@anticaf.com within 15 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly to provide with possible options.
