Return and Refund Policies

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please return the product and we will promptly send you a replacement. Returns for credit (less shipping) are accepted within 15 days of purchase and must include a copy of the invoice. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED OR OPENED ITEMS.

If you need to return merchandise, please email us at explaining what items you would like to return. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the unopened and unused merchandise along with your Return Authorization Number. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit the original credit card you used for purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded.
